In contrast to other entities which attempt outright control of acquired investment firms, our investment structure aims to align the interests of the subsidiary, its clients and Syndicate’s shareholders. Managers of the subsidiary companies typically retain control of the operational management and distinct culture that shaped their success. We will also benefit from the continued success of our subsidiaries - indeed, the directors believe that its structure not only incentivises their growth, but also is most attractive to mid-sized firms that anticipate future growth and want to retain independence while securing the financing to support an expansion plan.
