Jonathan Freeman
Jonathan Freeman - has worked in corporate finance since 1993, including four years on the creation and launch of the pan-European stock market NASDAQ, which was subsequently taken over by NASDAQ. Joined Beeson Gregory's corporate finance department in 1997, where he became a Director. Jonathan is a founder Director of Syndicate and is also a Director of a number of other companies, including AIM listed and privately held finance and investment companies. Jonathan provides Syndicate with extensive mergers and acquisitions experience.

Kenneth "Buzz" West
Kenneth West - following time as a commissioned Army Officer in the UK armed forces he spent 15 years with Reuters, the financial services group, latterly as Managing Director of the Middle East and Africa. Now runs the investment advisory group Kenneth West Associates, and has successfully developed a number of companies with international trading interests in Europe, Middle East and United States in the high technology, natural resources and service sectors. He also serves as an adviser to certain AIM traded finance and investment companies.

Peter Dew
Peter has considerable experience within the fund management industry having managed UK and International portfolios for Mercury Asset Management (now Merrill Lynch), as Managing Director of GT's London based operations and as Group Managing Director of Thornton & Co Ltd based in Hong Kong with responsibilities for managing and building an international institutional and retail fund management business specialising in Asia. Peter subsequently acted as a consultant undertaking projects for companies such as Mercury Asset Management, Private Bank & Trust Company Ltd and Prudential Portfolio Managers. Prior to joining the Board of Syndicate, Peter was Chairman of Unicorn Asset Management.
