Jane Dumeresque

A Chartered Accountant who started her City career with Peat Marwick in 1980.  In 1984 Jane joined the Corporate Finance Department of Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers where she was promoted to Director.  During 1989 Jane started her own business and set up institutional fund manager Gordon House Securities and was responsible for the launch of the Ecu Trust specialising in European Equities which won a micropal award in 1992 for the best performing European investment trust.  More recently Jane joined the Board of Lawshare Limited, an execution only institutional stockbroker, with responsibility for Finance and Compliance.  Jane has considerable experience in acquisitions and disposals, placings, flotations and rights issues and has spent the last 17 years in the private client, institutional fund management and stockbroking industry.
